Our first trip to Mauritius was pure magic， and our stay at the Intercontinental Balaclava Resort elevated the experience. Upon arrival， Sheila， Simmi， Kevin， and their GM Emanuel greeted us warmly. We were unexpectedly upgraded to a suite—a delightful surprise. Rochelle guided us seamlessly through check-in， and our luggage was already in our room. Breakfast at Senso brought excellent service; thank you to Nandan， Madelief， Rupsha， Anish， Akash， Issen， Divya， Chef Kripuna， and others. After a relaxing day by the pool and beach， our room was spotless， thanks to Haroon and Asha from housekeeping. On our departure day， the spa session was wonderful， thanks to Danish， Shanee， and Devika. Anyone visiting Mauritius should stay at the Intercontinental Mauritius Resort to experience their remarkable hospitality， ensuring an unforgettable vacation.
