Maimoon Palace

Maimun Palace is the palace of the Deli Sultanate which is one of the icons of the city of Medan, North Sumatra, located on Jalan Brigadier General Katamso, Sukaraja Village, Medan Maimun District. Designed by an Italian architect and built by the Sultan of Deli, Sultan Mahmud Al Rasyid. Construction of this palace began on August 26, 1888 and was completed on May 18, 1891. Maimun Palace has an area of ​​2,772 m2 and 30 rooms.
