Local Vibes and Salty Bites at Zhong Tai Seafood Restaurant, Melaka

Visited Zhong Tai Seafood Restaurant in Melaka for a simple dinner with my mum. We kept things light, ordering the fried bee hoon with seafood and a plate of stir-fried vegetables. The food came out quickly and was decent overall, though both dishes leaned a little too salty for our taste.

We chose to sit outdoors, which gave the whole experience a very local, no-frills charm. The open-air setting with plastic tables and chairs, coupled with the casual ambience of the neighborhood, added to the authenticity of the place.

If you’re looking for a laid-back spot to enjoy unfussy Chinese-style seafood dishes and don’t mind a bit of saltiness, Zhong Tai makes for a convenient stop.
