🚂🚂🚂🚂 World’s Oldest surviving Steam Loco

#celebratewithtrip

It was very good experience to ride on World’s oldest surviving Steam Locomotive - Puffing Billy in Melbourne, Australia!

We booked our tickets online and easy to redeem at their counter. The journey we had was Belgrave to Lakeside. It is advisable to reach there 60 minutes before departure, so you will have plenty of time to look for parking and to queue for redemption physical tickets. Alternatively, it is accessible via train from Southern Cross Station, Melbourne, instead of driving.

Sit back and enjoy the authentic heritage steam train experience. It take about an hour to reach Lakeside Station, stop few stations along the way. You could see fairytale scene, those we thought that we only could see in movies.

Once you reached Lakeside Station, there is a restaurant for you to have lunch. After lunch, you can take a walk at Emerald Lake Park, it was a good weather during Spring, so windy and sunny!

Some tips when you book your tickets online with different booking, you can actually put a remark to request to sit with your companion in the same carriage otherwise they maybe arrange in different carriages. #tripblazers #spooktaculartrip #fallingforfall #awesomepic #puffingbilly #belgrave #melbourne #train #lakeside
