[🇲🇻Maldives] Seaplane Ride from Male International Airport to Milaidhoo Maldives Resort

Upon arrival at Male International Airport in the Maldives, we were guided smoothly through the transfer procedures to the resort, but first we had to wait a little in the Manta Air Sapphire Lounge. This lounge is a quiet space to soothe the fatigue of a long journey, and we were able to spend a relaxing time that is unique to the Maldives. While refreshing in the lounge and waiting for the next announcement, a staff member called us to board the seaplane, and we finally began our journey to Milaidhoo Maldives.

Transfer by seaplane

As we boarded the seaplane from the boarding gate, a magnificent view from the sky unfolded before us. Seaplanes are a very popular means of access to many resorts in the Maldives, and the view from the sky was truly beautiful. We enjoyed a flight of about 30 minutes while looking at the clear blue sea, white sandy beaches, and the scenery of the small islands. The color of the sea and the beauty of the coral reefs seen from the sky were overwhelming, making us feel like we were in a painting.

The seaplane landed at a landing site floating on the sea near Milaidhoo Maldives Resort. From there, we headed to the resort on a luxury boat. As we boarded the boat, we could see the beautiful seascape surrounding us and the islands near the resort, creating a truly paradise-like atmosphere. We had a wonderful time traveling on this boat as part of the special experience until we arrived at the resort.
