Maitreya actually has this hot spring hotel hidden away

Guys, I have to say 😭 Maitreya is really my favorite hidden gem of a city, bar none! It's not as crowded as Xishuangbanna, nor is it as urban as Kunming, but it's full of Southeast Asian charm 🌴. The buildings on the streets make you feel like you're on vacation in Thailand.

I could wander around the snack street here a hundred times. Grilled tofu, iced rice porridge... all authentic delicacies 🍢. The prices are also super affordable, which is so friendly to us working people from Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai!

This is my second time in Maitreya, and I didn't hesitate to choose Yuexin Garden again, just because there's a hot spring pool in the room! After a day of playing, soaking in the room gets rid of all the fatigue in your body 🛀. The big swimming pool is also great. After swimming, enjoy a beautiful floating afternoon tea. The fruits and desserts are super fresh. Taking photos and posting them on WeChat Moments will get you tons of likes 📸.

The hotel's location is also great. It's a 10-minute taxi ride to the city center, which is super convenient for visiting the night market in the evening. You can go to the surrounding attractions whenever you want, without having to spend time on the road. The rooms are spacious and bright, making it so comfortable to stay in!
