Kyoto Attractions: Higashi Honganji, Kinkaku-ji, and Ginkaku-ji

Higashi Honganji, located near Kyoto Station, is a popular tourist spot. Among its highlights is the Goeido Hall, the largest wooden structure in Kyoto. The temple also features a combination of karesansui (dry landscape garden) and a strolling pond garden at To-ji Temple.

Kinkaku-ji and Ginkaku-ji are among Kyoto's most famous temples. Ginkaku-ji, officially known as Jisho-ji Temple, is also a must-visit. Located in the Kitayama and Higashiyama areas respectively, one is set by a serene lake, while the other is surrounded by lush green pathways, offering completely different styles.
