Amare La Cucina Tagaytay is famous for its wood-fired pizza. The pizzas, baked in a traditional wood-fired oven, were particularly impressive, with a chewy crust and a savory flavor that blended perfectly. The Spicy Honey Sauce was particularly unique. The spiciness of the peperoncino and the sweetness of the honey harmoniously blended, creating a new flavor combination when dipped into the pizza.

The risotto and pasta were also delicious, allowing me to fully enjoy the diverse menu. Furthermore, the outdoor seating offered a panoramic view of Taal Volcano, allowing me to enjoy my meal while taking in the stunning scenery. Despite its location a bit outside the city center, I could see why it was so popular even on weekday evenings.
