Unveiling the Daruma Temple in Osaka

Last year, we had visited to Tokyo's Fortune Cat Temple, this year, we set our sights on Osaka's hidden gem, Katsuoji Temple, also known as The Daruna Temple ⛩️⛩️.

Katsuoji Temple is a Centuries-old Buddhist temple & gardens known for fall colors amc with thousands of red Daruma dolls. It was a feast for the senses. With its intricate architecture and serene gardens, each step felt like a step back in time. We wandered through the tranquil grounds, soaking in the peaceful energy that enveloped us.

The highlight? We bought a medium-sized Daruma doll and bringing it home. We eagerly wrote our wishes on it, feeling a rush of hope and possibility.

Katsuoji Temple wasn’t just a stop on our journey; it was a magical experience that filled our hearts with joy and optimism. We left with dreams alive and a promise to return. Until next time, Osaka!
