The summer event "Shigakko Goldfish Festival" is being held until August 31st🎐

Every time I pass by, I think it's so cute‼︎😍 and take pictures over and over again. The Goldfish Neputa Lantern Corridor is decorated with more than 450 goldfish neputas👀✨

After checking in, the first thing I did was rent a yukata👘
I changed into one of three types of summer-only goldfish pattern yukata🥰

You can freely choose the combination with the obi, and there are many yukatas for men, so you can feel good by parading around in your favorite yukata😆🎵
The Yawatauma Lounge is a hidden gem that overlooks the large pond that spreads across the vast 750 square meters of Aomori-ya's grounds and the park lined with old houses with thatched roofs👀✨

This lounge is only available to guests staying at the hotel, and requires a reservation on the day, but for 2,200 yen per adult you can enjoy free drinks including local Aomori sake and original sweets 🥰🍹

The sweets are crushed jelly made with local sake, topped with goldfish-shaped blackcurrant and apple-flavored jellies, making it a true Japanese sake jelly for adults 🍧

The Tsugaru glassware is refreshing to the eye, and the drink is cool and refreshingly delicious 🤤🧊

There was a bit of fog and drizzle on the day, so we couldn't see the blue sky, but on the contrary we enjoyed the fantastic atmosphere 👍🏻💕
