[Aomori] Try the Hokki Donburi that can only be eaten now

Hokki donburi is a local delicacy in Misawa, Aomori!
There are so many restaurants that serve hokki donburi that there are maps of them.
It can be difficult to choose a restaurant because they have short opening hours or are fully booked on the day, so it might be a good idea to do some research beforehand when you go to Misawa.
This time, we will introduce "Iyakawa".
It is close to the airport, so it is easy for tourists to visit.
Misawa hokki three-color meal.
This dish uses raw hokki shellfish, so it is only available seasonally. It can be eaten until March. The fishing ban is lifted from December 1st to March 31st.
I was happy to see how many of them there were.
The hokki shellfish was soft and delicious.
It came with chawanmushi, miso soup, and pickles, and was very satisfying just with these.
We also ordered milt tempura, raw oysters, and sake.
The milt was hot and creamy, and the size was perfect.
The raw oysters were also big, and everything was delicious and satisfying.
If you visit Misawa in the winter, try it at least once.
