[Mishima] Mishima Taisha Shrine

I went to Mishima Taisha Shrine in Mishima City, Shizuoka Prefecture!

I was lucky enough to be able to do the ring diving during the Me no Wa Shinto ritual!

There are also many springs near the shrine, and you can see beautiful white flowers of Baikamo, a perennial aquatic plant that grows in clusters in clear water with a water temperature of around 14°C throughout the year, from mid-May to September!

Mishima also has great access to hot springs such as Atami and Izu Nagaoka, so be sure to check them out!
