Fujian Jiulonggu National Forest Park is located in Changtai Town, Chengxiang District, Putian City, Fujian Province, on the banks of the Dongzhen Reservoir. It borders Xitianwei Town, Licheng District, to the east, the Jiuli Lake Scenic Area, Xianyou County, to the west, Huating Town to the south, and Baisha and Zhuangbian Towns, Hanjiang District, to the north. Its geographic coordinates are 118°55′ east longitude, 25°45′ north latitude. It covers a total area of ​​1,148 hectares.

The geological structure of Fujian Jiulonggu National Forest Park belongs to the Zhejiang-Fujian Transcontinental Platform. Its metamorphic rocks, including tuff and granite, were formed through multiple orogenic movements. The highest point is 717 meters above sea level, with hilly mountainous terrain.
