[Miyakojima] Have the spectacular view all to yourself! A hidden gem on Kurima Island🌳

Matsunoki Observatory is a secluded observation spot located on Kurima Island in Miyakojima City, Okinawa Prefecture. It features a unique design that imitates the Ryukyu pine tree. From the observation deck, you can see the beautiful scenery of Kurima Fishing Port, Kurima Bridge, and Yonaha Maehama below. There are few tourists, and it is also a popular place for locals to enjoy "yuntaku" (chat)!  There is also a steep staircase that descends the cliff next to the observation deck, which once led to a well called "Kurima Gar". However, the stairs have collapsed and are now very dangerous, so it is prohibited to use them. Matsunoki Observatory is the perfect place for those who want tranquility and a spectacular view.
