[A comfortable drive overlooking the blue sea]

📍Miyakojima Irabu Bridge

The weather was nice, and the drive overlooking the blue sea was refreshing.

There are no parking lots along the way.
On the Miyakojima side, the view from Tu River Beach was beautiful.
On the Irabujima side, the view from Makiyama Observatory is the best.
The location of Makiyama Observatory seemed to have been input incorrectly into the rental car navigation system,
so we were guided to what seemed to be the entrance to a hiking trail that leads up on foot.
The correct way to get there is to turn left after crossing the Irabu Bridge,
and after driving for a while, you will see an old, small wooden sign for Makiyama Observatory on the right.
