This soba restaurant was fascinated by the hand-made soba they ate as children, and is working hard to spread the appeal of "hand-made soba" to Kitakyushu, where ramen and udon culture is deeply rooted

✤Tempura and Zaru Set
The tempura is large shrimp tempura, lotus root, pumpkin, okra, and whiting tempura

We added conger eel tempura
It was big and I was happy (◦ˉ ˘ ˉ◦)

The soba noodles are thin and easy to swallow
The soup was just right, not too spicy

This place is completely private, with 4 private rooms to accommodate different numbers of people

The restaurant was decorated with retro items collected by the owner and his family

After the meal, there was self-service coffee☕️
