The food selection is super diverse, with many must-try small dishes that are very famous.
The oyster pancake is incredibly crispy with plenty of oysters, almost every bite has oysters🦪.
The flying sky water spinach pot is very flavorful, stir-fried with a strong wok hei, salty and fragrant.
The salted pepper nine-belly fish has a very thin batter, fried crispy, and the fish meat is tender and smooth.
The salted egg yolk shrimp balls are delicious, the shrimp is fried crispy with a bouncy texture, mixed with salted egg yolk sauce, very good 😊
