New Taiwanese Skewer Restaurant Opening

Tonight, I went to Mong Kok for a Taiwanese hot pot buffet. Wow! The place was packed, but luckily we had a reservation. The staff quickly arranged a table for us, and we immediately chose the soup base. Since I don't like spicy food, I opted for the Golden Soup Fish Maw Pot. The soup was incredibly rich and aromatic, with plenty of ingredients!
Next, we started picking the food. The buffet at Beef Station truly offers a wide variety, such as SRF American Wagyu slices, which were tender and fresh; American Angus beef chuck, which was flavorful and had a nice chew; Spanish pork belly slices, with perfectly distributed fat that made them even more fragrant when cooked; braised beef tendon, handmade shrimp paste, and handmade cuttlefish paste—all carefully selected and absolutely delicious!
There was also American premium ribeye, which was so tender it felt like it melted in your mouth; Taipei duck blood, special pork stomach, pork intestines, crab sticks, beef tripe, egg dumplings, fish skin dumplings, chive dumplings, and fried dough sticks—so many options! Fresh vegetables were also abundant, with so many choices that it was overwhelming!
As for drinks, the selection was impressive too, with beer, plum wine, and sake available for unlimited refills. The desserts were even more tempting, including puddings, jellies, glutinous rice balls, ice cream, and popsicles—every single one was worth trying! Plus, unlimited servings of Movenpick and Häagen-Dazs ice cream—amazing!
