Autumn is the best time to warm up your stomach by hot pot. I chose to come to this Feng Yuen restaurant to eat their signature coconut chicken pot soup. The restaurant owner decorates it in an idyllic style, as fresh and unconventional as the coconut chicken pot.
Original Coconut Chicken (Half Chicken) $208
The soup uses the whole Thai imported coconut. The shopkeeper will open the coconut and pour the sweet and cool coconut water into the pot. The coconut water is simply the soul of the whole soup, plus the tender chicken pieces cooked together. The chicken is made from Wenchang chicken, which is tender and has a chicken flavour.
Premium Fatty Beef $128
The hot pot ingredients are of course fat beef. We ordered a plate of premium beef. The fat of the beef is evenly distributed. It can be eaten lightly in coconut soup for a few seconds. It is tender and tender
Premium beef tongue $78
For the meat, we also ordered a plate of beef tongue.
Aerial garden $138
This platter called “Air Gardens” is extremely rich and definitely a highlight. In addition to vegetables such as lettuce, baby cabbage, and winter melon, there are also the usually rare milk fruit corn, chestnut squash and black-skinned shiitake mushrooms. The platter also includes fatty beef, rattles, crab sticks and four-ingredient balls. You can eat all kinds of ingredients at once, which is perfect for people who want to eat more.
