Strolling through Montmartre, the Artistic Hill of Paris.

Montmartre is located on a small hill in the northern part of Paris. It was once the source of inspiration for great artists like Van Gogh, Picasso, and Renoir. Although the security in this area is occasionally mentioned as something to be mindful of, wandering through the winding alleys and admiring the colorful buildings still captivates with its atmosphere of freedom and creativity.

When visiting Montmartre, you absolutely cannot miss the Sacré-Cœur Basilica. The white dome stands tall at the top of the hill, and the view of Paris from the steps in front of the church is truly breathtaking (of course, remember to keep an eye on your bags and belongings!). At Place du Tertre, you can see street artists and art enthusiasts creating on the spot. Every photo you take here looks like a postcard. For romantic couples, the Wall of Love is a must-visit spot. This blue wall has 'I love you' written in over 300 languages, making it one of the most poetic corners of Montmartre.
