Palaces and gardens: explore Moscow’s Tsaritsyno Park

One of my favorite parks in Moscow, often overlooked by tourists.

📸Why you should visit
Tsaritsyno combines history and modern life: stroll among palaces, explore museum exhibitions, or simply enjoy nature. It’s one of the best places in Moscow for a peaceful walk and stunning photos.

🏛️ What to see
Tsaritsyno is a blend of historical architecture and landscape park. Don’t miss:
• The Grand Palace, built in a pseudo-Gothic style
• The “Bread House” — an unusual 18th-century building now hosting exhibitions
• The “Figured Bridge” and “Grape Gate” — masterpieces by architect Vasily Bazhenov
• Scenic ponds and manicured alleys

📍 Location & how to get there
The Tsaritsyno park is located in southern Moscow. The fastest way to get there is by metro: station “Tsaritsyno” (green line) or “Orekhovo”, then a 5–10 minute walk.
