Woke up at 3 AM 😴, layered up in the dark, and hopped into a jeep that climbed through the misty hills of East Java. All for a sunrise—and let me tell you, it was so worth it. ✨

As the sky lit up, Mount Bromo and the surrounding volcanoes slowly appeared through a sea of clouds. The view was unreal—like standing in a dream. Quiet, surreal, and powerful. One of the most breathtaking moments of my travels. 🙌

👉 What to prepare if you’re planning your own Bromo sunrise trip:
• 🧥 Warm clothes – It’s freezing before sunrise, especially at the viewpoint (can be under 10°C).
• 👟 Comfortable shoes – You’ll walk or climb a bit, especially if you visit the crater after sunrise.
• 🎒 Snacks & water – Nothing is open that early, and it’s a long morning!
• 📸 Camera or phone – The lighting and landscape are stunning—don’t miss the chance to capture it.
• 😷 Mask or scarf – If you go near the crater, the sulfur smell can be strong.
