Chill 3D2N with Mount Fuji in April 🌸🗻

Itinerary below ✨

Day 1:
We arrived at 1pm, stored our luggage in a locker, and explored iconic Fuji spots - most within walking distance from Lake Kawaguchiko

📍Lawson
📍Chureito Pagoda
We took a train from Lake Kawaguchiko
✔️ Breathtaking view while hiking up
❌ Very crowded with a queue and only 3–5 minutes allowed at the famous photo spot. Not what I expected
📍Streets of Fujiyoshida

In the evening we went to collect our rental car and headed to our accom for a cosy dinner

Day 2:
We had breakfast at our accom before starting our road trip

📍Lake Saiko
📍Lake Shoji
✔️ Peaceful spot at these 2 lakes, perfect for taking our time and setting up a tripod to capture memorable photos of us with Fuji-san
📍Lake Motosuko
❌ Beautiful spot, but a bit narrow and crowded. Can skip if no time
📍Lake Yamanaka
✔️ Famous and scenic lake with many swans. Definitely a must visit and would come again
🍴Handmade Soba Yamasato
We found a yummy soba place for lunch, just a short walk from Lake Yamanaka
📍Oshino Hakkai
✔️ There is a souvenir shop with great selection
❌ Too crowded for Fuji views, but the fish ponds were nice. Would not visit again though

Day 3:
📍Oishi Park
We arrived at 930am after breakfast
✔️ Had the iconic ice cream - Loved it so much!!
✔️ This was my favorite spot for Fuji-san

We were thankful for the perfect weather and it was so worth spending 2 nights to truly enjoy Fuji Five Lakes. Would definitely visit Fuji-san again ❤️
