The Dragon and Tiger Hall is located in Sanqingfudi Area, 48 square meters built on top of a granite block overlooking the valley. 21 statues of Gods are worshiped in the hall (photos 1 to 6).
The North Gate is located a short walk away from the Dragon and Tiger Hall and is the access to the Sanqingfudi Area from the north (photos 7 to 9).
The Sanqingfudi Area is in the north part of Sanqing Mountain, a National AAAAA tourist area and UNESCO Global Geopark located in Yushan County (玉山县), Shangrao City, Jiangxi Province.
It is a sacred Taoist mountain in Chinese culture with the three peaks representing the Three Pure Ones who are the highest ‘gods’ in the Taoist belief.
In this area there many cultural heritage spots such as temples, tombs, halls, etc. (Feixian Pagoda, Twinned Pine, Zhan Biyun Tomb, Sanqing Temple, …)
