There are always some minor incidents when traveling abroad. This time, the queue for departure was so long that I doubted my life, and I felt exhausted the next day. The weather was not good either. It was drizzling, my hair was sticky, and my mood became low. But fortunately, we arranged a half-day tour of Kichijoji on the first day, and it was really like "a new world after a dark tunnel"!

When we first arrived at Kichijoji, the peaceful atmosphere made us afraid to breathe loudly, for fear of disturbing this beauty. Each store is as exquisite as a carefully crafted work of art. The streets are spotlessly clean, without the noise of traffic. Walking among them, you can feel the long-lost relaxation and freedom, and your body and mind are healed.

The cat castle in Kichijoji is so cute 🥣 It looks like it came out of a Hayao Miyazaki anime. The interior space of the castle is not large, but it is unique and shaped like a small and exquisite castle. As soon as you walk in, it feels like you have stepped into a fantasy anime world. There are craftsmen showing off their unique skills, and it is full of the warmth of life.

Kichijoji is really suitable for travelers like me who don’t have a full schedule. You can finish the tour in about an afternoon. However, everyone must remember to speak softly when taking photos. After all, there are many residents living here, and maintaining this tranquility is our common responsibility.
