Production Method and Commitment
Made using seasonal domestic fruits, our products are additive-free and low in sugar. No preservatives or artificial colors are used.

A wide variety of jams available.
In addition to classics like strawberry, blueberry, and marmalade, we produce approximately 60 different types of jam (subject to change depending on the season and harvest).

Adjacent Cafe Salon
At the Kyu-Karuizawa store, there's a cafe space where you can enjoy jam-based dishes and light meals.

Kyu-Karuizawa Rotary Store
The rotary store near the entrance to Kyu-Karuizawa Ginza is also open. It's conveniently located for stopping by while strolling around Kyu-Karuizawa.

Jam Factory/Experience Workshop
Sawaya operates a jam factory as a "show factory," where you can see the production process through glass windows. Experience classes (making your own original jam) are also available by reservation.
