Nagasaki Cake Shop with a 300-year History - Sho'oken

When you go to Nagasaki, you have to eat Nagasaki cake!

Opened in the first year of Tenwa (1681 AD) in the Edo period, Matsu Ong Inn has a history of more than 300 years and, like Fukusaya, is an old Nagasaki cake shop, but Matsu Ong Inn can only be bought at Nagasaki or Hakata stations, so I chose to go to "Matsu Ong Inn" for lunch.

The second floor of the main shop in Song Weng Hin is a cafe. The Western retro decoration is very elegant. I didn't dare to talk loudly when I went there.

There are not many menu options, but you can try its most famous five-three-yaki. The amount of egg yolk and sugar is increased during the preparation of Wu San Shao, so Wu San Shao has a moister texture.

I think Nagasaki cake is sweet, if you want to eat best with coffee or tea, friends said the coffee here is good, thinking coffee friends can try.
