Kosakaki Bakery, a popular local bakery

The "Kibachi" area is an area of Nagasaki that is rarely visited by tourists.

It is close to the Megami Ohashi Bridge and is adjacent to the Kaminoshima area.

On the way there, I saw a line of people and couldn't resist stopping by on the way back to visit "Osakaki Bakery".

Apparently, many types of bread are lined up in the early morning.

It was before lunch, but... it was almost sold out.
They have unique breads that you can't help but reach for, such as "Beef Tendon Croquette Roll", "Fish Roll", and "Spaghetti & Hamburger".

I had fun talking to local customers here, and they also gave me tourist information about the area that you can't get from information magazines.

We had a picnic lunch at the pier.

The croquette was crispy.
The bread was wrapped in plastic, but it wasn't shriveled and was delicious.

I'm posting this as a local sandwich shop that you should definitely try as a Nagasaki local gourmet dish.
