good breakfast spot

A comfortable space with several types of seatings, many charging spots, fast wifi, and well-lit room.
We ordered ice white, it was good -- and the price was reasonable. They have a variety of selection of food and coffees.

I happened to be near this area and it's open at 8 AM. Nice cappuccino, creamy and subtle coffee. My breakie was skillet egg with marquez sausage and brioche. Service is excellent and the baristas are friendly.
