I went to Atsuta Horaiken Main Branch, a famous restaurant that has a trademark for hitsumabushi!

Established in 1873, it is a very old restaurant with 140 years of history❗️

The garden is also beautiful and has a historical feel.

Honestly, I wondered if I could tell the difference between the taste of hitsumabushi after changing it three times? . . . .

It was really delicious! I was surprised

✅Fourth time, with your favorite flavor
