[THE FOUNDRY] A stylish restaurant run by the famous Bami Chara!

I went to THE FOUNDRY, a restaurant located in the dining area of Vermicular Village, a corner of the canal in Nakagawa, Nakagawa Ward, Nagoya City.

I made a reservation for a weekday-only plan that guaranteed seats along the canal (terrace seats).

Freshly cooked rice from the rice pot - refills available
Drink - Apple ginger ale

Every time I put a bite of any dish, it was so delicious that it melted in my mouth. 🤤
Especially the rice from the rice pot!! I thought it might be a little soft, but the grains were firm and the sweetness oozed out with every bite. ✨I want to eat such delicious food every day❤︎
Of course I had a refill. 🤭
The apple ginger ale was also very delicious!
