Nagoya Natural Healthy Vegetarian Kitchen

Nagoya Purple Najo Line, a vegetarian restaurant near Higashibetsuin Station, you can plan to eat on the way when visiting the attractions on the Nagoya Line. Food goes the healthy & natural road red line, with vegan and gluten-free options, the menu basically only has 4 mains, with rice, bread and bread like that, simple and delicious.

Purple Red Line Higashibein Station Exit 1, 1 minute walk, the transportation is quite convenient. The main ancient city attractions of Nagoya are on this purple line, and the schedule is relatively smooth. Healthy vegetarian products are sold near the door, and there are various explanations on the blackboard. The owner of the restaurant also teaches vegetarian cooking classes and is very active in promoting vegetarianism. There is not much seating in the store, however the vegetarian restaurant feels very crowded, don't worry about running out of seats.

There are basically four main dishes, most of which are vegan and gluten-free, and can be added to packages.

Buddha bowl 1380yen
The highlight of the colorful Buddha bowl is the large scallops. My non-vegetarian friend praised the deliciousness and asked me where I can buy scallops in Hong Kong. I plan to buy them and cook them at home. The Buddha bowl comes with a sauce of lots of carrot puree, which tastes rich and garlicky, and the whole bowl is delicious and refreshing without burden.

Gluten free pasta 1380yen
Because my friend chose the Buddha bowl, so I tried the pasta, with a hint of green juice beaten with nuts and zucchini, the taste was very surprising, fragrant and delicious. The gluten-free pasta tasted good, but without the protein visible to the naked eye it was slightly off-putting.
