🇯🇵 Tokugawa Art Museum: Explore the glorious history of the Tokugawa family

The Tokugawa Art Museum is located in Nagoya and is a museum dedicated to displaying historical relics of the Tokugawa family. The museum houses many precious family heritages, which mainly come from the Owari Tokugawa family and cover cultural artworks from the Edo period to the Meiji period. The museum was established to preserve and pass on the history and culture of the Tokugawa family to future generations, and to showcase the life of this important samurai family in Japanese history.

The most famous exhibit is the exquisite "Tale of Genji Picture Scroll", which is considered a national treasure of Japan and depicts the life scenes of the ancient Japanese court in detail.
