▪️Nagoya's 3 major specialties
1️⃣ Hitsumabushi
- It's different from Unagidon in terms of eating and making, but Nagoya-style eel rice bowl Hitsumabushi usually takes time because it only has a grilling process without a steaming process, and it's a high-class dish, so it's expensive
- Places that many Koreans visit include Horaiken, Maruya Honten, and Bincho! In addition, Michelin Unafuji is well known. (Waiting O)

2️⃣ Misokatsu (Visiting Yabaton)
- A cutlet made with Nagoya's famous specialty, miso, and miso sauce tonkatsu!
- Yabaton and Ramuchii are famous to Koreans!

3️⃣Misonikomi Udon (Visiting Yamamotoya Honten)
- Udon with Nagoya's famous miso soup base! The main flavor is miso without any other seasoning

5️⃣ Tebasaki (Visiting Sekai no Yama-chan)
- Chicken wings seasoned with salt/pepper and fried, another representative dish of Nagoya!
💬 There are many places to eat Tebasaki in Nagoya, but I visited the most famous chain store, Sekai no Yama-chan! 👍🏻 I saw many articles saying to choose less pepper, so I did that and it was perfect!

6️⃣ Nagoya Kochin Oyakodon
- Nagoya's third-largest chicken is another specialty! Oyakodon, a rice bowl made with this chicken, is also a representative dish.

7️⃣ Hida-gyu Sushi (Inuyama / Takayama)
- Sushi made with Hida-gyu from Gifu Prefecture, one of Japan's third-largest chickens! Personally, it was so delicious that I ate it twice and still wanted to eat it again..💛
ㄴI ate it at Inuyama Castle Town, but there's a store halfway between the entrance and the inside! It would be better to eat it in the middle if you refer to the entrance!! (I ate both)
