The local breakfast in Nagoya is very special.
Order a cup of coffee and you will get a piece of toast for free.

At the beginning of the trip, although I stayed in Nagoya for two nights, I didn’t eat the breakfast provided by the hotel. As a result, I ate it at the end of the trip. I visited the Yanagibashi store of "Kako Coffee Shop" near the hotel.

Although it is a branch, it is also spacious. The space inside the store has the atmosphere of a Showa tea shop. The wooden furniture and antique ornaments are a bit elegant and a bit warm, and it has the flavor of an old-school Western restaurant.

I ordered a cup of hot coffee and upgraded the butter toast to the red bean jam version for an extra price. Four sweet jams were mixed with red bean paste, paired with the crispy thick toast, and a glass of juice. It is a simple delicacy.
