✓Aichi Prefectural Art Museum

The Aichi Prefectural Culture and Arts Center building opposite Oasis 21, the art museum is located on the tenth floor. In addition to regular exhibitions, there is also a free observatory to enjoy the city view of Nagoya from above. The viewing corridor is free to visit, with an excellent view, highly recommended.

The collection of items in the museum is mainly concentrated in the modern and contemporary world, Japanese paintings, arts and crafts, and Kimura Sadazo's collection. There are many large iron installations on the floor, which are quite cool.

The exhibition area is divided into special exhibitions and permanent exhibitions. The permanent exhibition room also displays Japanese and Western paintings related to animals, crafts collected by Kimura, and sculptures from the Aichi Prefectural Art Museum. You can visit for free by showing your special exhibition ticket, and the permanent exhibition costs ¥500.
