The year 2025 marks the 20th anniversary of the 2005 World Expo, Aichi Expo. To commemorate this, Aichi Prefecture is holding the Aichi Expo 20th Anniversary Commemoration Event, the Aichi Expo 20th Festival. As part of the Aichi Expo 20th Festival, a special exhibition of tapestries based on Studio Ghibli works produced by the Centre International de Aubusson des Taupesrie in France is being held at the Aichi Prefectural Museum of Art as a collaborative project with the 2025 World Expo, Osaka-Kansai Expo, which will be held at the same time. [Dates] Friday, April 11, 2025 - Sunday, June 8, 2025 / Friday, July 4 - Sunday, August 17, 2025
[Location] Aichi Prefectural Museum of Art (Aichi Arts Center, 10th floor, Exhibition Room 4)
[Opening hours] 10:00-18:00, until 20:00 on Fridays (entry until 30 minutes before closing)
[Admission fee] Can be viewed with a ticket for the collection exhibition. Adults: 500 (400) yen
High school and university students: 300 (240) yen 🌟 Free for junior high school students and younger
