I went to Sakae Hormone in Sakae, Nagoya‼︎
Course contents
●Choregi salt salad
●Assorted namul
●Assorted kimchi
This was my first time eating cherry tomato kimchi
It's bite-sized, so you can eat it all up.
●White Senmai
It's great when you eat it with the special sauce.
●Hand-cut raw beef tongue
It was thick and very delicious
●Domestic beef ribs (sauce)
The marbled meat is the best
●Diamond-cut beef skirt steak
It's super tender and very delicious, so I recommend it.
●Large serving of horumon mix (salt)
(Pork tripe, pork liver, pork pipe, stamina lean tongue, tonchan)
●Bibimbap or hiyashi
I chose Morioka hiyashi.
The noodles were thick, chewy, and firm
and very delicious.
The soup is rich but light, so it's perfect for the finale. ☑︎Tiramisu Stone Parfait
The offal and beer are the best.
The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere inside the restaurant is wonderful.
I'd like to go back again.
