The counter is lined with the recommended vegetables of the day!!

Broad beans, shiitake mushrooms, asparagus, etc., all of which are of impressive size!

The asparagus is steaming hot!

The white shrimp is sticky and delicious!

They also have several types of sake, and I personally think that they also have "Flamingo" (sweet potato shochu), which I've been hooked on lately!

The chef was also a wonderful person☺️
