🙋‍♀️ The soup stock is lightly sweet😳 The soup stock is made by slowly simmering pork bones, whole chicken animal soup,
bonito flakes, dried sardines, kelp, and shiitake mushrooms for 6 hours. You can taste the bonito, kelp, and shiitake mushrooms! I thought it might have a little sweetness☺️
🙋‍♂️ The noodles are homemade and hand-kneaded! They went well with the soup stock and were easy to eat🌟
🙋‍♀️ The inside of the restaurant reminds me of my youth☺️There are only table seats, and nostalgic school desks and chairs! It used to be like this, I remember🥹There was a drawer in the desk, and inside it were tissues, toothpicks, the store's message, and stickers! You can take the stickers home with you🙆‍♀️
