From the location in photo 4, you can overlook the Ulaanbaatar slum area. Search for Dari Eh complex for the address. It's convenient to visit the statue and Terelj National Park together. It takes about an hour from the city center to the statue. Since they are on the way, it's best to plan Terelj National Park and the statue on the same day.
