Xun Wei Jinling Twelve Dishes has several branches in Nanjing. This time I visited and tasted many exquisite Jinling dishes, including Yuhua Tea Shrimp Balls, Nanjing Roast Duck, Nanjing Roast Duck, Crab Roe Tofu, Jinling Deep-Fried Double and the internet-famous delicacy "White Camellia".

The shrimp balls in Yuhua Tea Sauce are fried until golden and crispy, then topped with rich tea soup, creating a fresh and refreshing taste. The tea aroma and the freshness of the shrimp meat blend perfectly, leaving you with an endless aftertaste.

As one of Nanjing's famous dishes, Nanjing roast duck has crispy skin and tender and juicy meat, making you want to savor it bite by bite. We also specially ordered the internet-famous delicacy "White Camellia", which is an exquisite platter carved from fish and tofu. It is not only visually eye-catching but also has a very delicate taste.

In addition, we also ordered two classic Jinling dishes: crab meat tofu and Jinling fried double fried dumplings. The crab meat tofu is smooth and delicious, with a strong crab aroma; the Jinling Fried Double is a perfect combination of fried pork skin and stinky tofu, which is crispy and delicious, and the cooking method is very sophisticated.
