Known as a "natural oxygen bar and the lungs of the city," Zhashui boasts a vibrant mix of renowned mountains, towns, and caves, earning it the reputation of "the chief city of Zhongnan and a landscape gallery." The Qin-Chu Ancient Road, located in Zhashui County at the southern foot of the Qinling Mountains, was once a vital transportation hub connecting Chang'an to Jinzhou (Ankang), earning it the nicknames "the throat of Qin and Chu" and "the chief city of Zhongnan."
