Nanjing's representative restaurant, Nanjing Dapadang

Nanjing Dafatang is a representative restaurant of the Nanjing area, established in 1994.
While it's a Nanjing specialty, it can also be found in Shanghai and Beijing.

The dishes I ate here included Nanjing-style vegetable salad,
Jinling Kaoya, a soy-based roast duck dish,
Lao Pai Yangchun Mian, a signature soy-based noodle dish, and
Jin Pai Jian Jiao, a pan-fried dumpling.

I slowly and deliciously ate these four dishes alone.
Even with this order, the price didn't exceed 150 yuan.

Nanjing Dafatang has numerous branches in Nanjing.
In tourist areas, there's usually a wait during dinnertime,
but in other areas, it's easy to get in.

Opening hours are
10:30 AM - 2:30 PM and
4:30 PM - 9:30 PM.
