City Center Homestay King

Autumn in Nanjing is truly perfect for city walks! This time I stayed at the "Journey Yu She" homestay in Xinjiekou, which maximizes comfort and is a little happiness in the heart of Nanjing💯

✨ Location King:
• 2-minute walk to Shanghai Road Metro Station (Lines 1 and 2 interchange)
• A blessing for drivers! There is a 24-hour parking lot downstairs, parking fees are half the price of hotels
• 10 minutes by shared bike to the Presidential Palace/Confucius Temple, 3 metro stops direct to Xuanwu Lake

🌟 Sleep Until You Wake Up Package:
• Double-layer soundproof glass + zero-pressure mattress, outside the window is the plane tree street view but you can’t hear any traffic noise
• Memory pillow is super friendly to the cervical spine, even a person prone to stiff neck slept three nights without changing position
• Projector includes the documentary "Nanjing Biography," perfect for catching up on history before bed

☕ Self-service Public Area:
• Freshly ground coffee machine + eight kinds of tea bags to choose from (highly recommend jasmine pear tea!)
• Surprisingly convenient microwave for heating late-night snacks, buy salted duck from the nearby supermarket and heat it directly
• Washer-dryer combo perfect for long stays, garment steamer saves my wrinkled shirts

🛎️ Thoughtful Extras:
• Butler helps receive packages at 2 a.m.
• Three USB charging ports by the bed! Electronic device lovers rejoice

🚶 Nearby Food and Shopping Guide:
• Shanghai Road: Vanguard Bookstore (5 minutes), 3 coffee (filming location of Miss Zhao’s shop)
• Taogu New Village: cluster of vintage shops, internet-famous Zhu Ji Plum Blossom Cake within walking distance
• Late-night Canteen: Duck blood vermicelli soup at "Qiangye Restaurant" opposite the homestay is absolutely amazing

💡 Nanjing Accommodation Tips:
1. For Xinjiekou area, choose hotels within 500 meters of the metro station; taking a taxi can cause traffic jams
