❶Foding Pagoda
Be sure to climb the pagoda to see the autumn scenery! The higher you go, the wider the view (recommended to go directly to the fourth floor to capture Foding Palace and the entire forest in one frame)
❷Mirror Pool in front of Foding Palace
Lower the camera angle to capture the symmetrical reflection of the dome and pagoda in the water, full of Zen vibes
❸Outer Corridor of Foding Palace
People strolling under the curved corridor outside the palace; from a distance outside the corridor, a telephoto lens can capture the architectural storytelling atmosphere
❹Underground Palace Thousand Buddha Hall
In the Wanfo Corridor layer of the underground palace, you can take photos with your back to the central Thousand Buddha Hall. It’s recommended to visit the underground palace after 16:00 (closes at 17:30) when the crowd is much smaller

After exiting the West Gate of Niushou Mountain at dusk, a ten-minute taxi ride will take you to the foot of the mountain at Jinling Small Town. When the lights come on at night, it feels like a dream back to the Tang Dynasty night market (dinner can be had here)
