Visiting for the second time, I remain deeply captivated by its unique canal views and modern room designs, truly living up to its reputation as the "aesthetic champion."

✅ Soundproofing/Hygiene: The hotel is well-maintained overall, with no noticeable noise disturbances. Hygiene standards remain high, ensuring a comfortable and worry-free stay.

🏘️ Room Type/Layout: I was fortunate to be upgraded to an executive suite with a practical area exceeding 100 square meters. The room layout is spacious and thoughtfully designed, with numerous decorative details showcasing both style and warmth, making it exceptionally cozy.

🛌 Amenities/Facilities: Public areas feature a marine-inspired color palette. Though not vast in scale, the high ceilings and elegant design exude a sophisticated boutique charm. The standout feature of the guest rooms is their "brand-new" condition, with all facilities in excellent working order. The fitness area, whether for cardio or strength training, is equipped with high-quality machines, offering fitness enthusiasts a premium experience.

🍷 Dining Experience: The lounge serves afternoon tea from 14:00 - 16:00 and happy hour (HH) from 17:00 - 19:00, with a lounge design that’s aesthetically pleasing. During HH, the menu may not be extensive, but each dish is flavorful—like the braised pork with preserved vegetables, which rivals professional restaurants. The breakfast variety, replenishment speed, and layout could be improved, but I look forward to future enhancements.

💁 Service Quality: The staff is young, energetic, professional, and enthusiastic, maintaining a positive attitude throughout. Special praise goes to employee CLARA, whose communication skills, professionalism, and adaptability in handling both previous minor issues and current room requests were outstanding, significantly enhancing the stay experience.

💗 Other Tips: The hotel’s entrance is grand and elegant, with attentive concierge service. The staff’s high overall standards and warm, proactive greetings add a personal touch. With its beautiful canal views and serene surroundings, I highly recommend it to nearby friends—it’s sure to become a treasured hotel choice.
