Super unique Dai-style meal｜Qingjing Dianzhinan Restaurant🍴

This time I came to Cingjing, I specially arranged to taste the special cuisine here "Southern Yunnan Dai Flavor Meal" 🍽️

📍Location introduction: Just on the way to Qingqing Grassland and Small Swiss Garden Xinyi Lane, the long glass house has a great view. If there are more people dining together, there is another dining area with wider round tables under the slope on the right.

📍In-store environment
The interior space of the store is very beautiful, with large glass panels and a high ceiling. The white roof is decorated with lights of different colors and some cute installation art, such as hanging teddy bears and green potted plants. Sitting in the restaurant, you can enjoy the beautiful mountain view. Very Internet-beautiful fu😍

📍Special flavor meals: The most recommended dish in this restaurant is "boiled rice", a special delicacy from Yunnan used to entertain relatives and friends. Meat, vegetables and rice are served in a bamboo basket at the same time, which is very characteristic of local culture.

"Winnipeg Rice" comes in three sizes: large, medium, and small (see the menu picture in the article for details). Since there were only four of us, we chose a small portion (2-3 people) of rice and some special dishes. There are a total of six dishes in the small portion, including grandma's garlic rice, Yunnan pepper chicken, mountain cabbage, Yunnan large thin slices, Baiyi brocade sauce, Yunnan chicken mushroom, and a large bowl of vegetable soup, which is also very rich. It is really a very unique dish and is loved by the whole family.
