Tengyun Farm Camping Area

Tengyun Farm Campground in Guoxing Township, Nantou, sits atop Jiufener Mountain, approximately 1,050 meters above sea level. It feels like an oasis, breathtakingly soft amidst the clouds. Overlooking the nightscapes of the five central counties and cities, and the waking sea of clouds, it's as if the world is unfolding a dreamlike canvas.

Though the campground is small, it's meticulously divided into scenic and general areas. Cabins and tent areas are interspersed among grassy slopes and gravel, creating a natural rhythm of breathing amidst the mountains. After sunset, the starry sky is ablaze, free of light pollution, while the early morning mist veils the valley like a veil.

I particularly appreciate Tengyun's "time-shifting" design: just as you park your car and pitch your tent, you're still immersed in the urban rhythm. As night falls, the sea of clouds rolls and the sky is filled with stars. In that moment, the world seems to have been retuned. This isn't simply a scenic spot, but a place where, through the mountain breeze and mist, one can sleep with time and wake with nature. This highland camping experience is a spiritual journey, where the soul dances with the sea of clouds.
