With the crisp autumn air, it's the perfect time for a holiday outing to enjoy nature. Near the famous Xitou scenic area lies Sun Link Sea, a destination known for its cool temperatures even during summer. On the way to Sun Link Sea, you'll encounter the Forget Worries Forest.

Forget Worries Forest was formed after the 921 earthquake caused a landslide, creating a dammed lake. The lake water led to the death of the cedar forest, resulting in a hauntingly beautiful deadwood forest. Although the lake has since dried up, the towering trees remain, and when mountain mist envelops the area, it exudes an ethereal and mysterious charm.

Sun Link Sea is a popular summer retreat. In spring, it boasts blooming peonies and wisteria flowers; in summer, hydrangeas; in autumn, vibrant red maple leaves and bald cypress trees. The area also features stunning waterfalls, making it an ideal spot for leisurely walks and forest bathing to soak in the refreshing phytoncides.
